ARE SESSIONS ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE ?
Just as yoga surrounds us, classes can happen anywhere. While yoga is offered virtually, the world around us our studio. There is option for in-person practice, feel free to send a message suggesting where you are interested in having a session. Living in NYC, there is open space everywhere, options are endless. Some of my favorite spots are along the river by the westside highway (its less busy than the East River.) I also enjoy the baseball green in Central Park on Sundays. Usually, there isn't a game nor practice on Sundays. Plus, pets are restricted from that field so the grass us poop-free & LUSH! I especially like to ground myself in the middle of the fields. If you close your eyes, breathe deep in stillness, you can hear your own heart beat, even while in the middle of The Concrete Jungle. Lastly, Randalls Island is a top spot. The walk over the footbridge is beautiful. We're in luck if the horses are out, if not, there is a nature trail to take to find the perfect spot to practice.
