Discover the healing power of artistic expression in our Therapeutic Art sessions. This judgment-free space invites you to explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences through various art forms. Choose from: - Painting (acrylic, watercolor, finger painting) - Drawing (pencils, markers, pastels) - Collage-making - Sculpting (clay) - Origami - Doodling - Photography - Macramé - Coloring Under gentle guidance, tap into your creativity, and allow yourself to: - Process emotions and thoughts - Cultivate self-awareness and introspection - Foster mindfulness and relaxation - Enhance personal growth and empowerment - Explore new forms of self-expression No artistic experience necessary. This session is about embracing your unique creative voice. Pricing: Sessions begin at $60. Some therapies requiring specialized tools or supplies may have varying prices due to material costs and demand.

*Virtual Meeting Rooms will be open 5 minutes before each session begins. Clients forfeit sessions if not virtually present past 15 minutes. Three phone attempts will be made to reach client, if unanswered, session is forfeited. * To cancel /reschedule, changes must be made 24 hours before appointment time. * No-shows / cancellations after the 24 hour period will not be refunded. Remaining appointments will be honored to use within the booking period. * Salted Vinyasa reserves the right to terminate a call/end communication during a session, if the safety of either party is compromised. Inappropriate behavior, acts of violence, sexually explicit/lewd advances will not be tolerated. If a session is terminated on these grounds, the client forfeits further sessions. Funds paid to Salted Vinyasa will not be refunded. * Clients must prepare for the session to continue uninterrupted without distraction. Set times are to be kept to respect the client and staff.
